We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to qualify for a return, your product should remain in its original, unused condition, complete with tags, and within its initial packaging. Additionally, a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt email, will be required.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on the proper method and destination for sending your package. Kindly note that we do not accept items returned to us without prior authorization.

 

Damages and issues
We kindly request you to carefully examine your order as soon as it is received. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
To expedite the purchase of your desired item, we recommend initiating a return for the current item. Once the return request is approved and processed, we suggest placing an order for the new item.

 

Refunds
Upon receiving and conducting an inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. In the event that your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

It's important to keep in mind that there may be a processing period during which your bank or credit card company finalizes the refund transaction.
